We are the Elite City Grays, one of Central Florida's all African American, youth travel baseball teams.  Our mission is to inspire underprivileged youth from economically disadvantaged areas to use the game of baseball to reach their goals.  The Elite City baseball program aspires to expose youth to an elite level of baseball and to cultivate diverse life experiences while increasing interest among African Americans for the game of baseball.

Based in Pine Hills, Florida, the Elite City Grays introduces “America’s Favorite Past Time” to African American student-athletes who would normally gravitate towards alternative sports. This introduction to baseball has not only nurtured tomorrow’s student-athletes and the Pine Hills community, but ironically built solid competitive teams (9U, 11U, & 13U) to reckon with throughout the state. As one of Central Florida’s African American youth travel baseball team, we are proud to represent the Pine Hills community because when we take the field, we envision what it must have been like for the original Grays to compete in front of thousands in the past.

This spring, we won the Grand Slam Super Regional Tournament in Plant City, Florida. Winning this tournament guaranteed the Grays spot to compete in the GSA Word Series in Clearwater, FL scheduled June 23-26, 2016. We want to continue representing Pine Hills in these tournaments, and to do so, we need your support. We need your prayers, your attendance at our games, and your contributions.
